E-commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator


An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Ecommerce team at Wychanger Ltd.


Wychanger Ltd. is one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses within the Equine Industry.


Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will be providing support for the management and implementation of the digital strategy, uploading and maintaining the product catalogue and online promotional plans.


As an Ecommerce Coordinator at Wychanger Ltd., your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and set up email campaigns 
  • Ensuring that new product is online as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Assisting with digital marketing initiatives. 
  • Recommending and support any ecommerce projects to improve the online customer experience.
  • Dealing with customer requests and queries
  • General administration duties and website order fulfilment
  • Help oversee several company websites
  • Uploading and maintaining the product catalogue (ensuring images are correctly edited and consistent)
  • Updating, improving and optimising webpages and product listings
  • Creating and improving product descriptions that sell
  • Tracking visitor behaviour by analysing our Google Analytics data
  • Improving site flow and categories to offer the best possible user experience
  • Updating site content, copy, images and banners based on marketing campaigns
  • Writing posts for the company blog.
  • Manage and grow social platforms and link to the company website.
  • Site walks throughout the day to raise any potential issues – broken links, incorrect product descriptions, placement, imagery and general housekeeping.
  • Weekly reporting


Key Skills:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Assistant within a retail or fashion business. 
  • Strong, energetic character and can-do attitude
  • Experience using Mailchimp, Photoshop, InDesign and Excel
  • Highly organised and self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to proofread
  • Ability to work with initiative and to work well as part of a team under pressure


Location: Taunton, Somerset

Salary: Depending on experience

Permanent, full time (40 hours per week)

Social Media Executive


Are you a Social Media Executive that is looking for an exciting new challenge?


We are currently looking for an experienced social media professional to join our growing ecommerce team. Wychanger is one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses within the Equine Industry.


Suited to an individual who is self-motivated, keen to learn and can keep up in a busy environment - whilst working alongside a professional team and working towards deadlines.


The Job Role:

  • Manage up to 6 company social media accounts
  • Creates graphic and video content
  • Manage uploading and scheduling all social media content across all platforms.
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction
  • Plans and executes social media campaigns
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Produces a fortnightly report into the effectiveness of social media for management
  • Preparing content for online publication and upload to website
  • Ensures brand consistency
  • Grows and expands company social media presence
  • Research and monitor activity of company competitors
  • Respond to comments, questions, direct messages to ensure brand messaging is filtered across all touch points. Pass on customer service queries to web and retail teams
  • Work with influencers/ambassadors




  • Degree in Communications or Marketing
  • One to Two Years of Experience with Social Media Management
  • Ability to work under pressure/meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible and think laterally in problem solving
  • Experience in pay per click social media campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience of creating graphics and using design programmes like Canva and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of social analytics
  • Competent in Marketing, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Data Collection and Analysis
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-Motivated
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proven experience with Major Social Media Platforms and building followers and engagement on organic channels
  • Must have equestrian knowledge

Sales Assistant (Every Saturday)


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a sales assistant to work as part of a busy team in one of the UK’s leading retail equestrian businesses.

We require someone who is hard working, self-motivated, enjoys a challenge, able to work well as a team, take initiative, and has a good equine knowledge.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Process all sales politely, efficiently and accurately
  • Price and merchandise stock and products correctly
  • To work with the team unloading and unpacking the deliveries
  • Ensure that the store is fully stocked and maintained to a high-level presentation at all times
  •  Assist with stock takes
