"I already left a review to say how brilliant these boots are, but forgot to add that they are made a bit on the big side. I'm always a 5, but had to return those & exchange for a 4.5, which fitted perfectly. So order a half size down to avoid disappointment! "

"These boots are fabulous! They haven't hurt my feet at all right from the first day wearing them, & are so cosy & warm. Probably too hot for summer wear, but perfect for any colder days & we have a lot of those here! They look very smart & are very well made. The only pest with them is having to use the shoe horn to put them on as my last pair of country boots I just slipped on & off quickly. These take a little bit longer to get on & do up the laces, etc but that aside, they are really brilliant & comfy, & coping well with snow, sleet, rain, the lot! I woul definitely recommend them. "

"Warm and grip good, but leather is a bit stiff at first. One press stud came off within a short time, which was disappointing but luckily local saddler fixed without charge."

"I was very impressed by the quality of these boots when I saw them on your attractive stand at Olympia Horse show. When I noticed they were half price I leapt at the chance to purchase them. Wow, I was not disappointed. Superb quality leather, super light, ultra comfortable, plus goretex and thinuslate to ensure keep warm and dry in all weathers. They look great too. Bargain!"

"These are lovely quality boots as expected, I love my grasmeres and was keen to get a short version. However as I have wide feet this do feel a bit narrower than the grasmeres and I wonder if I would have been better going up a size. I didn't really get them for riding in but have found that the collar and fit means that neither my suede+elastic half chaps or my mark todd competition gaiters will zip down over them. "
