Description

The Woof Wear Ice Therapy Boots enable both hot and cold therapy to aid recovery after periods of stress and as a complimentary treatment for leg injuries.

Woof Wear Ice Therapy Boots feature:

  • 7mm closed cell neoprene
  • Wide, high density touch close straps
  • Elasticated mesh pockets allow safe containment of ice and therapy packs
  • Large landing pad allows maximum strap adjustment ensuring a secure fit
  • Packs can be heated up or cooled down, dependent on the type of injury being treated and are fully reusable
  • Sold in pairs with 4 x Hot and Cold Therapy packs included (2 per boot)
Application Guide

For cold use – Haematomas, sprains, injuries, high temperature and whenever cold application is required.

Cold water

  1. Place pack in a bucket of cold water.
  2. Remove and place pack in mesh liner of boot and apply.

Freezer

  1. Store in a freezer for at least 1h30 – 2hrs before use. Gel is designed to be frozen in a domestic freezer which is generally set at -3°C.
  2. Insert into boot and apply to affected area – straight from freezer. Pack will remain ice cold for approximately 30 minutes, depending on nature of injury and outside temperature.

 

For warm use – Stiffness, rheumatism and whenever hot application is required.

Hot water

  1. Place pack in boiling water for no more than 5 minutes.
  2. Remove and insert pack into boot and apply.

Microwave

  1. Place pack in microwave for a maximum of 1 minute at 600 watts.
  2. Insert into boot and apply.

Caution! – When pack is at desired temperature, never apply directly to skin. If discomfort is shown remove for a few moments then re-apply. Do not break the bag or use if torn or punctured. External use only.

Washing Instructions
  • Close all straps prior to washing
  • Machine wash max 30°C, gentle spin
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • DO NOT leave boots in strong sunlight
Returns
You are welcome to return your item for refund within 30 days of purchase (excluding underwear and made to order products). The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please note UK returns and exchanges can be made using our Parcelforce returns label at a cost of £7.95, or using your own alternative method.
